Here's a very good prevention of certain diseases which will accumulate over time if not carefully

Water is by far the most abundant component of the human body, constituting an average of 60% of body
weight but ranging from 40%-80%. Physiologically,(depending on how hot the weather is) the circulation
of the amount of warm/hot water we consume has to benefit the rests of our vital organs.
It's always a very good habit to drink two medium size cups of warm water early in the morning before
you brush your teeth and wait for at least 45 mins. to 1 hour before eating your breakfast.
You'll feel and see the benefit of this later on in life. Also, be aware of all the symptoms with
